EVENTS

I'd love you to come and see me and my work in person so please join me at an event in 2025 in person or online.

In 2025, I’m planning to be out and about with the Muswell Hill Creatives, returning to Handmade in Highgate, at MADE London in the autumn, Sparkle in Teddington as well as at old favourites like the Christmas Designer Market at St Jude’s in Hampstead Garden Suburb.

I’ll also be doing markets with my lovely friends, the Muswell Hill Creatives, including our popular Make and Mend Festival, which run in the Spring and Autumn.

Japanese Textiles Adventure Lecture

I am off to Japan again on the 13th March for 3 weeks, taking another group of intrepid indigo otters to Bryan Whitehead’s wonderful silk farmhouse in Fujino. We’ll be working with Shibori resists and Katagami stencilling and dyeing in indigo. Plus I’m off adventuring in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Takayama too!

I’m hoping to acquire some very special vintage silks and cottons and a few kimono too.

Please join me for my Japanese Textiles Adventure lecture on 24th April 2025 at 6pm to hear about my trip. There will be a slideshow, I’ll tell a few tales and show you what I’ve bought as well as, of course, stories from the farmhouse and what we made there.

There will be time for some questions at the end of the session. Click on the button below to get your ticket.

When: 24th April 2025, 6pm

Tickets: £15 + Eventbrite fee
